Salesforce Business Analyst translates business needs into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders .
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Document and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce.
- Design and implement new processes or workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Documentation:
- Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Salesforce users.
- Project Management:
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that Salesforce projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage Salesforce project requirements and track progress.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
