Salesforce Business Analyst translates business needs into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges. 
  • Document and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable. 
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. 
  • Process Optimization:
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce. 
  • Design and implement new processes or workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows. 
  • Documentation:
  • Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and solutions. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Salesforce users. 
  • Project Management:
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that Salesforce projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
  • Manage Salesforce project requirements and track progress. 
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
